About Us & Our Approach to Wedding Photography Alyson has been photographing weddings for just over 15 years, experiencing many different styles of wedding. She really does have a passion for photographing weddings and loves the atmosphere that comes as part of it. Tim’s background is in advertising and editorial (magazine) photography, developing an exceptional eye for lighting. He is also an Adobe Certified Instructor of Photoshop, (which is the package in which he will colour correct and adjust your photographs), training people from such companies as the BBC, Channel 4, Sky, Disney and Guardian newspapers how to retouch and make the best of their images. He brings this skill to making your images look stunning. He also creates beautiful montages – check out www.redmemorybox.co.uk. – which we have incorporated into some of our wedding packages. They both have a passion for photography and love the romance, intimacy, celebration and emotion that comes with photographing a marriage. Their utmost desire is to capture the heart of your wedding, giving you a record of special memories that will be treasured forever. Anyone can take a snapshot, but it takes the discerning eye and experience of someone who has photographed many weddings to do well. Choosing the right wedding photographer as important as choosing your flowers, cake or outfits! Our style of wedding photography is a combination of traditional and reportage. The traditional style is generally more posed, set-up photographs, and reportage is the un-posed, natural, candid style. We find this gives a great variety of photographs which will please both traditionalists and those who like the more modern approach. |
